This video presents the surgical management of conjunctival squamous cell carcinoma based on a clinical case report of an 84-year-old, fair-skinned male patient who presented with a gelatinous, papillomatous lesion located on the inferotemporal limbus of the right eye. The chosen treatment was complete surgical excision using the no-touch technique. Adjuvant methods were employed during the procedure, including careful cauterization of the surgical margins, application of absolute ethanol for a local cytotoxic effect, and double-freeze cryotherapy to the resected conjunctival margins. The aim of these additional steps was to minimize the presence of residual tumor cells and reduce the risk of recurrence(1,2).

Postoperative follow-up demonstrated satisfactory progression, with no evidence of tumor recurrence and preservation of the integrity and healthy appearance of the conjunctiva.

Correct adherence to the surgical steps is essential in the excision of conjunctival neoplastic lesions to ensure complete tumor removal, prevent recurrence, and preserve the ocular surface. Precision and care at each stage have a direct impact on both tumor control and visual outcomes(1,2).
